I have baby spinach for the pasta dish. How would you use that in yours as opposed to the frozen chopped stuff?

Hm...I'd just chuck it in after the sautéing is done. It wilts down in no time. I wouldn't think you'd need to chop it or anything.

I used a pound of the frozen stuff, but with artichokes and parmesan, any amount of spinach will be loverly! ;):001_smile:

Thanks! I was going to have it for dinner tonight. You know, nice dinner for dh to come home to after traveling all day from the other side of the country. But no, he's stuck. So, I will wait on the pasta until tomorrow night. Then I will make him a nice dinner. I am really looking forward to that recipe, btw. Thanks!
