Going off the Grid for a while....

Yep--got a job. Which means from 6pm on.. Tues-Saturday, I won't be here. That should make some of you happy, but for those that track my art, well--it means I won't be posting about it as much. I'll still be here during the day, but gotta work, yanno...

Anyway--it's a good job. Drive In Theatre, concession, locally owned business for 50 years so it's an "everybody knows somebody" type thing. Pay is good and hours even better. :) Won't complain--it's a job.

You'll see me, just not as much. So, behave. The lot of you. :)

Oh I'll be here, just not like I am now. I won't be able to do my art and show it off but two days a week. I'm stll going to try and get the website up and running and such, it's just this job doesn't give "days off" like a normal job... I will have only Sun-Monday off and that's it. Which I am fine with. I've always wanted to work in a drive in--love them.. and this one is the only one within 4 counties. :)

The old couple who run it are funny as all get out though. And they have a sense of humor like I do, so :)

Yeah, right, like I'm not fat enough now-- I LOVE concession stand hot dogs.. mmmm..

The plus side is that the concession has no air conditioning at all. Which means I'll sweat my rear off working. Which means I'll lose weight, which means I'll gain it back because I'll be eating too many hot dogs. :)

Yep, get to watch the movies too. :) The concession is right in front of the screen. Love it.
