Does anybody know the standard width/ruling for each grade level? I'm looking on Miller Pads and Paper for handwriting paper (I don't like the ZB newsprint) but don't know what to choose! Ds8 will be in 3rd and is learning cursive. They have a 2nd/3rd paper, but it's 1/2" rule. Should I get the 4th grade paper that is 3/8" ruled? My dd11 really doesn't need special paper. Ds10 probably should (is there a 5th grade paper?). Ds8( 3rd) and ds7 (2nd) and ds5 (K) really need the special paper. Thanks for your suggestions!
Oh, anywhere else to buy special paper?

I'm not fond of the ZB newsprint, either. My kids tear it every time they try to erase. I've found some paper that works for 1st grade, maybe 2nd, but that's it. Can't wait to hear what folks say here!

Here's a site you can explore.
http://www.business-supply.com/pacon-multi-program-handwriting-papers_110791.html
Here's their 3rd grade composition book with skip line ruling:
http://www.business-supply.com/composition-book-ruled-50-sheets-9-3-4-x7-3-4-blue_ROA77922_product.html?src=bizrate
You could send them an email to find out about paper quality and line spacing and what they have available.
The company has a 9.2 rating at Bizrate.com
Demco has some paper here -- the newsprint is by far the cheapest.
