dh loves the peanut buster parfaits. He always tells them they should come in a bigger size.
My preference is a snicker blizzard with malt. Extra malt. And extra snickers. :D

I did that last week. We walked down to the DQ for ice cream then went to the playground. I fed them their supper before bedtime and told them it was "dessert"

I'm sure you can find some kind of creative way to charm him into it.... ;)

You just brought such a nice smile to my face; my mom's favorite thing to do with us 3 in the summer was to have DQ for dinner. We lived in North Dakota and the DQ was only open for about 2 months of the year, the rest of the time it was a general store only and it was such a treat to get a blizzard that was not snow! Awful run-on sentence but great memories - hope you enjoy dinner :)
I worked at a DQ the summer after my freshman year in high school. I can still make a little Q at the top of a soft serve ice cream cone. ;) Mmmm.
I don't even know where the closest DQ is to our house. Might need to Google that...though there is a Baskin-Robbins around the corner.

Yep, love summer ice cream dinners.

We are done with school as well and had a garage sale today. WE celebrated by eating at our favorite Mexican restaurant!

Oh and the banana split blizzards. When I pregnant with first, we went to prenatal classes at the hospital that I was to give birth in. It was in the next little town over from ours. We passed a DQ to get there. On the way home, each week, I would get a big Banana Split Blizzard. I would stick it in the freezer and chip away at that thing all week long. YUM!

I'm impressed by your will power Melissa! Mine would have been all gone by the time I got home, never mind make it to the freezer for the week. Good on you!
