I have the History through the ages placement guide. Which shows where each of the figures they make is placed. I use it to see where to put them as well as anything my kids should write.

This is on my wishlist! The Wall Chart of World History (http://www.valerieslivingbooks.com/wallchar.htm). I've seen it in real life and it is gorgeous.
