-49 with windchill. :( Let's just say that when the news people warn you, "Exposed skin will freeze within minutes," you don't plan on going out. At all. I even rush the dog in and out of the door when he has to go. Two seconds out there is too long in my book!

Yikes, 50 degree drop? brrr.. (We once had a 20'F drop in 10 minutes.)
It's now 45' and it's "freezing"--self-professed weather weiney .
Sending warm weather thoughts to everyone!

It's raining here! :( I hate rain in the winter. We had beautiful snow this weekend, but now it's all gone.
Okay, whine over. It sounds like it might be getting cold again, if it's already cold in central IL. Winter in Indiana is such a roller coaster.

Several of us have started threads about weather today. We keep talking about it but not doing anything about it!;) We started off kinda blizzard-y but the wind settled and skies have cleared somewhat. Unfortunately we've now entered the thaw-freeze-thaw-freeze cycle...

It's 61 and storms are on the way. We should be in the mid 30's after they pass. Not -45 though ;)

I would give anything for that Atl weather right now! I had to get the kids from down the street as it was getting dark at 5 :( and I put on my only used once or twice in ATL coat with a hat and scarf and I nearly froze to death. We are getting walkie talkies this weekend. This mama likes it by the fire. The hotter the better!

In the past two hours, we've gotten about 2" of snow. Very rare for us. Very fun. I have so many pics over the years of my boys standing proudly next to their "slushman", and videos of slushball fights.
Plus, I know it won't last long. It may not even be here in the morning.
