You can just google them and when you find one that you like, copy the code.

Yup, I Google for mine (use terms like "free smileys" or "animated emoticons" and similar things like that). I like to load them into my Photobucket account so the ones that I like are always easy to find. I keep my photobucket open in another tab so that I just have to click over there, grab the code I want (the direct link code) and then come here click the image button (the one with the mountains) and there it is. :D

Thanks for those links. I love using some of those little guys on other message boards, and it's cool to be able to import them here.
