I have some tilapia and want some really good fish tacos (I've never had any). We want to grill it up tonight and make some.
Any help out there for me??

I would just grill the fish with a bit of seasoning (Tony's even), then serve it in warmed corn tortillas with any or all of the following:
guacamole
jalapeņo or tomatillo mayonnaise (mayo with minced peppers and lime juice)...OK, or sour cream ;)
shredded cabbage (red or green)
shredded cheese
salsa or pico de gallo
minced onion
chopped cilantro
lime wedges
I love me some fish tacos...you've made me hungry for them now!

My friend made these with peaches (frozen) for the salsa. It was delicious!
You could put some lime and olive oil on the fish with some seasoning salt. Then use the salsa for all the taste. Very good!

Waving my hand wildly~
Grill or cook your fish up sprinkled with taco seasoning.
You serve these on soft corn warmed up tortillas
Top with coleslaw, green onions, s&p a dollop of sour cream and diced tomatoes. They are amazing and taste way better than they sound.
The recipe calls for a squeeze of lemon or lime juice, but I almost never have fresh and skip it.

The sauce we love on it is...
1 cup mayo
1 cup plain yogurt
lots of dill, cumin and chili powder to taste (but lots)
fresh cilantro really makes it and a squirt of lime
my family loves it when I make these, but I think they are a hassle. when i make it, i try to make enough for 2 nights.

We do it basically the way Debra does... Grilled tilapia, a tiny bit of shredded cheese, generous finely shredded green cabbage, fresh pico de gallo (tomatoes, onions, jalapenos, lime juice), and lots more lime juice on warmed corn tortillas. Sooo yummy! :)
Except! No mayo or sour cream or anything... Just not necessary on these at all.
