For those who use Omegabrites, how many pills a day do you take?

Oh, and another thing, do you do automatic refills?

My 11dd and 12dd take 3 per day. Dh takes 3-4 per day. The "suggested" dose for mood/brain/ADD stuff is about 3 per day. It can take 4-6 weeks to see the full benefit. You can also go up later if needed. It is safe at higher doses, just more expensive.

If there is only 1 of you taking them, I think it is cheaper to order 4-6 or even 8 boxes at a time and save a lot on S&H.

I do the refill program but I get 4-5 boxes a month as I have my 2 girls on them, dh and a friend buys them from me for her ds.
