Disappointed last night in a new USA series...

"In Plain Sight (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0935095/)." I *wanted* to like it. I liked Mary McCormack when she was on the West Wing. There were occasional funny moments in last night's premier, but OMG...the adult themes, and a particular VERY x-rated scence, have knocked it off my viewing list.:glare:

So while we wait for Monk, Psych, the Closer, and Eureka, dh and I are thinking about signing up for Netflix so we can watch some of our favorite older series, especially the ones we missed the early episodes or seasons of.

I suppose we could give up television...naw, what was I thinking??:D

Good, I won't waste my time on it. I still haven't finished that season finale of NCIS, but the Criminal Minds finale - WOW! I was not expecting that.

I wanted to like that show too. I had dvr'd the first episode. I guess it's not worth it.

but I fell asleep. I wasn't offended by anything, but then again, I only made it through half the show. Everything just fell a bit flat for me, kwim?

I totally agree . . .I'm not sure why they think they need to add all that other stuff - the premise for the show and the characters seemed pretty good, but I don't think I'll be watching any more episodes. . .
