Scheduling Sonlight

How muich time would be good to schedule Sonlight Bible & History? I am doing Core 6. I am thinking an hour should be plenty. Maybe I can fit the read aloud in that hour as well.

An hour sounds sufficient for Core 6.

What I often do is all of the read-alouds, history, Bible, etc., I put into my schedule, and the readers are saved and given to the student at the end of the homeschool day and then they're free to read at a relaxing pace (they often read ahead, if they're really enjoying the book!)

We are using Core 6 too. I have an active family with little ones so I'm still trying to get this one down. But, I agree w/ the above poster - get all the reading done that YOU have to do and then turn them loose.
