Going to Calvert's website, it appears that they use "Ecce Romani."
You can find out more about the book at the Ecce Romani Teacher's Corner (http://www-unix.oit.umass.edu/%7Eglawall/ecceteach.html).
It's a well-known Latin textbook used in many school classrooms.

The other book is John Traupman's "New College Latin Dictionary,
Second Edition."
