Science in a nutshell kits...I am looking at the EArth Science kits which ones?

I would like to do a unit on...

Weather,
Volcanoes, Earthquakes, Rocks and Minerals
Not sure what else....

Have you used any of the kits which associate with those topics?

We've used the Rock Origins kit and really liked it. I haven't tried the others that you listed.

We loved Rock Origins and Our Changing Earth.

I like Rock Origins and have used it many, many times both for groups and individuals. I also like Soil Studies a lot. I have Breaking Earth's Hold, re: gravity, etc., but I haven't used it completely yet. It seems good from what we've done with it. I do not like Fossil Formations AT ALL. I was more disappointed in that kit than any other of theirs I've ever owned. I don't know exactly what topics you plan to study for earth science, but I also have Oceans in Motion and Ponds and Streams and like both of those, too.

Did you just use "living books" to complement the program?
Is Delta Education the only place that I can order them?
