Calling Good Crockpot Recipes!

Its that time of year when I really don't want to heat up the kitchen, especially since I'm kinda neurotic about when I'm willing to turn on the ac. So I'm looking for new crockpot recipes for main dishes. Hope I get some good ones. And we're kinda health conscious, so I'm really looking for healthy recipes, of all kinds!
