I made Angel Food cake and I don't want to just throw out the yolks.

I'd make lemon curd for part of it. Use the lemon curd with angel food cake, or pound cake or with fresh berries. YUM!
Lemon curd
5 egg yolks
1 cup sugar
4 lemons, zested and juiced
1 stick butter, cut into 4-5 pieces
Combine egg yolks and sugar in a medium size metal bowl and whisk until smooth. Measure citrus juice and if needed, add enough cold water to reach 1/3 cup. Add juice and zest to egg mixture and whisk smooth. Heat egg/sugar juice mixture over low to medium heat until thickened, approximately 8 minutes, or until mixture is light yellow and coats the back of a spoon. Remove promptly from heat and stir in butter in pieces allowing each addition to melt before adding the next. Remove to a clean container and cover by laying a layer of plastic wrap directly on the surface of the curd. Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.

You could make creme brulee. The only obstacle is that you need cream and oven-safe ramekins. It's very easy, seems very fancy, and can go in the freezer for another time. If you decide you might want to make it, just let me know and I 'll post the recipe I use to make creme brulee for a local restaurant.

I was going to suggest lemon curd too...I just made some for a cake frosting for my dh's birthday. Then I made more to use with a fruit pizza for something at church (sugar cookie/lemon curd/fruit on top). My kids also really like it as an afternoon tea-time treat on graham crackers.
And I skipped adding the butter...I didn't have any so figured it would be ok. It tastes yummy without it.

Invite all your friends over for a spa day and use them to make a protein treatment for everyones hair. While they sit and let the egg soak into their hair you could do manicures or watch a good movie and eat.... angel food cake.:)

Nevermind your heart health with this one...LOL
Also, maybe you could just make an omelette with milk and the yolks.

Give yourself 18 facials. My mom swears by putting egg yolk on her face, letting it dry and washing it off. It's a little icky. But, she is 70 with barely a wrinkle!
