My 3 1/2 yo's Princess Story.

Both my ds5 and ds3 told me princess stories and I wrote them down and put them in their notebooks. I just wanted to share one. These are in her words and I wrote it just like she said it. Tell me what you think.

Heather's Princess Story

Once a wall a time there was a pretty, pretty, pretty princess. And a nice beast. Her said her was hungry. The nice beast gave her some food. She ate it with her one hand.
Butterfly, was way up in the sky and wrapped in a rainbow. Butterfly was flop, flop and not any more rainbows.
There was evil dragon. Lika a purple dragon. He was evil dragon. And princess was Cinderella. The evil dragon eat her. He didn't like her. He went "blah" and spit her out. And he went away.
And her was happy. Her danced with the Prince. And happly ever after after.

The End

You should have seen her flopping her arms with the butterfly and spitting the princess out.

How precious! I think that not only are these stories good for the kids to dictate to us but we are blessed to be able to save them. This one is a keeper!
