Thought I would share this, new to our hs, link for a grammar; http://www.englishgrammar101.com/Lessons/Default.aspx and http://systemsinlearning.com/default.aspx
The only draw back is the side bar ads but I got rid of those by upping my putter security. Then I can print out the tests without ads, keep those for my files, and let the boys do the work on line. Here is what the company has to say about Grammar 101; Welcome to English Grammar 101. This is an instructional series that I originally designed for students, middle school through high school. .......
The series provides step-by-step instruction directed toward student performance goals. The series includes six units that represent an equivalent of 100 hours of classroom instruction. It is recommended that students have reading skills at the sixth grade or higher. Students can access lessons from anywhere on the Internet. Lessons and tests are automatically graded. Teachers can login and download class records.
and in the fall they will have Available Classic Grammar and here is what they have to say about that course;
Classic Grammar
As an evolution to our successful series "English Grammar 101," Classic Grammar is a writer's guide to grammar instruction. Each sentence of the series was plucked from classic American literature. Learn grammar by disecting and examining the works of the masters.
