Veritas press memory song cds...

I was looking at the history cds as a go along w/ TOG in addition to our SOTW cds. Any reviews on these or maybe a sample online somewhere? Thanks, Angela

You'll need the cards to go with the songs. The song styles match, vaguely, the time period. They're not rocky or pop, just upbeat, though the Bible cd's have more beat that is acceptable in our house. There's a sample video of how the history works on the VP website, so you could watch that. I don't recall if there's a sample or not.

Personally , they bug me b/c they are just so cheesy sounding - very "Sunday school songish" - even the history ones. That said, lots of people love them, and when I play them for my kids, they enjoy them, but they grate on my nerves to no end!
