I'm specifically looking at Explorers-1815. Does it integrate a biblical viewpoint at all? Is there a place to view samples? How do you like it? I'm looking to do mainly Amer. History with dd next yr, and I'd like some Christian commentary. I don't want to do MFW or TOG or others next yr. because they're either too much time for history, or they have other than just Amer. History focus. I will be doing TQ, so I'd get some commentary there, but I wondered if the VP would add more. Thank you!

The workbooks do not include any commentary. They are strictly comprehension-type questions. I have heard that the Scholar's lesson plans do include some commentary. Check out the VP Elementary yahoo group. Lots of ladies there are using Scholars this year and can answer your question.

I think that the combination of TQ and Veritas is a good one. We use TQ and add in the Veritas cards for a visual timeline and to structure our course.
