There is a separate set for each book: Loose-leaf pages which include worksheets, writing and projects, tests. Sets 1-6 are opened but in excellent condition. No marks. Sets 7-10 are still in packaging. I found these to be an invaluable resource when using the Hakim series.

The Assessment Book is one paperback book of multiple choice tests (71 tests in all).

The Blackline masters are individual sets (one per book, approx. 30-40 pages each) with a wide variety of worksheet activities including short answer questions, fill in the blank questions, identification of pictures, maps, timeline work, etc. The Blackline masters also have tests, but they are not multiple choice, rather short answer style.

Both the Assessment book tests and the Blackline masters are meant to be copied for each student.

I believe the History of US series is meant for grades 6-9ish, but my younger kids enjoyed having it read to them, and I enjoyed reading it! The assessments and blackline masters would definitely be for the middle to high school aged kids.
