Our CC uses Auralog Tell Me Now software as the foundation of their online language courses. It seems to be an immersion program with voice recongition sort of like Rosetta Stone, but unlike Rosetta Stone includes grammar, culture study, and all 4 levels in one package. At $249 it's sort of pricey, but this could conceivably be used as your only modern language curriculum. Here's a link to the program: http://www.tellmemore.com/homeschool__1/homeschool
Disclaimer: I haven't actually used the software myself, but I've been convinced to give it a try. Homeschool buyers co-op has it available until 5/26 for $199 (so far), and of course shipping is free: https://www.homeschoolbuyersco-op.or...fer&Itemid=328 I just wanted to pass the word on in case there are others like me who were intrigued but were having a hard time with the cost. HTH someone.
ETA: It's actually down to $187 so far.
