I want to get the news headlines. Just from a basic, reliable source with a mix of US and World news. But I want to NOT have headlines like "baby microwaved" or "father throws children from bridge."
Is there any source that just doesn't make these horror stories it's headlines? It's not that I don't think we should only get good news. But I really feel plagued and needled by unwanted images when I am exposed to these things. It upsets me. I just don't want to know. I don't read the stories anyway and realize I always have that choice, but I would just prefer not to have the headlines there in the first place.
Is that even possible? I don't even need an absolute guarantee, but is there a source just less inclined to cover these murders? Yahoo has something almost everyday that upsets me.
