A question about reselling Teaching Textbooks...

I'm wanting to sell our Teaching Textbooks grade 6 but have a question about it. Since it can only be installed on two computers (to prevent a classroom setting, per their website,) how would one go about reselling it? I've seen it for sale used on several boards so I know it can be done.

Anyone know the answer to this?

My understanding is that you can call Teaching Textbooks and they will give you a password or something, so that you can install it on another computer. I had to call to replace a broken cd and they were very helpful.
