other than doing an advanced search on my username?

When you click on "search," at the bottom of the box is the option of "advanced search." In there you can request your name as the search item, plus indicate that you just want it to list things from the sale board. That way you won't get all of your other posts in the search results.

Click on your name in the post above, then View Public Profile. Halfway down the page on the left side, click Find All Threads Started by [your name]

This will bring up all the threads you started, which will include sales threads plus others.
