I have what I want to do, that said, is there some sort of program, spreadsheet that I can plug into and it will divy up the pages? I'm not spreadsheet savvy, can it be done with a spreadsheet?
I would love to be able to put it total pages, days to be done, and just click print. Can I do this somewhere? Instead of writing everything out.
I have either totally confused you, or made a goober of myself.
And if this has made sense let me know!

I had to read it twice, but I think I did understand what you mean! And although I don't know of a program that does that particular task--maybe you could check into something like HS Tracker or Homeschool Easy Records? I'm a planner, and that's what I use (HER).

I use Edu-Track, but I input all of the information. Edu-Track does offer lesson plans now that you can download into their software. You can view them here by subject, publisher, or grade: http://www.contechsolutions.net/cart/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=126&zenid=5cabdbcfbd12ae054b9433e840f45b69

That would give me something to look at.

I don't know of a single program that will do this for you.
However, I can give you some options, that may be helpful.
I have blank schedules on my blog, that can be used, as well as some schedules pre-made.
Homeschool Easy Records is "similar" to Edu-track and Homeschool Tracker; however it has an online library. Other users that have scheduled courses out already and have uploaded them onto the library. (I still haven't input my schedules on there, but it's because I don't like the final printout. . .)
Sorry if it wasn't helpful. . .

You can do exactly that in Home School Tracker. You make one 'master' entry - just put in the name of the book and tell it how many copies to make and the wording you like (page, lesson or chapter), and you're done. It takes holidays, etc into account, and you can tell it to do that subject twice a week, every other day, daily, whatever.
You can also set it up to copy along the lines of Lesson 1, Lesson 2, Lesson 3Lesson 4, Test, Lesson 5 . . .
I use this feature all the time. If you miss a day, simply tell it to move everything forward.

Is this feature in the basic edition and can you use the basic edition with a Mac computer?

No, I believe these features are only in the Plus version. I do know that there are "work arounds" using the basic version, but you'd have to post at the forum.

I don't know if this is what you're looking for but here's what I did.
Get a new Flex Binder from Mead
Buy a Box of Manilla Folders
Label them every month of the year
In months where you plan to have time off, write, "2 weeks off" or some such thing. For instance we have "2 weeks off" in December in the week leading up to Christmas and after.
Sit down with all of our workbooks,
develpmental math
Queen's Language Lessons
COmplete Book of Time and MOney
Climbing to Good English
(also copywork which I am writing out ahead of time)
and spelling
and tear them apart. (It's better if you get the bindings cut but I didn't). Make weekly packets of work, paper clipped with a sticky note that says "week 1," "week 2," and so on. All papers will also be carefully hole-punched. I even took apart our Queen's Language book which was really a pain because almost every lesson starts on one page and ends on the next. So 2 out of every week's packets had to be cut and stapled.
For copywork I am using Bible verses so slowly but surely during our two month school light, I am sitting down with a red pen and his notebook paper and writing down the verse for each week.
Then I put the 4 weeks into the monthly manilla folder. Each week has it's own paper clip and sticky note.
Next I am going to go through and add the Natural Speller weekly lists to this, with space at the bottom of the notebook paper for words that need to be repeated. I'll have to plan lightly here so that I won't have to scrap it.
Then every monday we will take out the Flex Trapper, which will be labeled for subjects, and put in there that week's packet of work. My son will have full control over what he wants to accomplish each day, except that he will do Miquon every day (which is the only thing not in our packets), and also he will do Climbing to Good English every day.
This doesn't include history or Science. We are doing history using the library and notebooking, and Science using Zoobooks, and Discovery Kids and movies and notebooking, nor does it inlude Bible.
That's how I planned out the year. I'm done all the way up to January except that history will be free-flowing from what we are interested in. Our first "Topic of Interest" will be Shepherds. My husband's idea!
