How do you post a photo link in Blogger?

I want to post a couple of photo links in the Page Elements section of my blog. Is there an option to do this right there on the Page Elements page and I'm just not seeing it?

Edited because I realised what you were asking for. A photo that is also a link. Right?

That would be an HTML link.

http://www.pageresource.com/html/image3.htm can walk you through creating the HTML to do that. You'll have to host the picture online somewhere first...like flickr or picasa.
