Anyone have an instructor manual for Spielvogel Western Civ: A Brief History 3rd ed?

I can't get it through the company, and there is no way they will give or let me purchase an access code for the site. So this is kind of my last option....asking here.

They won't let you buy the teacher's materials if you show them a valid Maine homeschool letter? That is what Glencoe/McGraw-Hill asks for.

since the book is from 2005, it's considered out of date and they don't sell the TE anymore. :-(

Is it possible to get the ISBN number for the instructor's guide? Once you have that, it may be possible to search for a second hand copy.
