I just found out about the Hungrygirl website, and it looks like there are some excellent easy recipes to be found there. Has anyone here used any recipes from the site, and if so, do you have any favorites?

I haven't necessarily used their recipes, but I did want to add that I love reading their reviews of diets and diet foods! It makes a nice supplement to SparkPeople, which has helped me lose almost 20 pounds since the middle of January.
