I answered a survey for JCPenney. Now I'm getting about 100 spam emails a day now.

I keep deleting them w/out opening them. Is there a way to quit getting them at all? I used to get 3-4 a week.

At the bottom of the e-mail, I think it will have an option to "unsubscribe." I have had to do this before.

I would suggest just writing a rule to add them to your junk filter.
If the spam is from legal sites, unsubscribe works well. Otherwise the unsubcribe button will sometimes cause you to get more spam, as they know your email is a real address.
