One of my favorite people in this world is headed to Washington to become your new offensive coordinator (http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/html/seahawks/2004147440_nfl27.html).

I'll be sad to see his family move away again, but what a great opportunity for him!

A lot of people around here aren't very happy. Kinda weird to hire a new offensive & defensive coordinator BEFORE you hire your new head coach. I would think the new head coach would want some to give some input into the people that are essentially going to be HIS staff. Dan Snyder drives me and many other Redskins fans absolutely nuts! :eek: I had started to respect him over the past couple years (and especially the way he was supportive during the Sean Taylor death), but then he does something like this!! UGH!!

I would hate for the new guys that he hired to come out here to a bad situation because of a difficult working relationship with whoever the new head coach end up being.

Obviously I don't know him, but I sure have fond memories of watching him play as a child! I agree that it is odd to hire offensive and defensive coaches before hiring a head coach!
