Recently, I downloaded a sample Science program that was designed by a homeschool mom. She had developed a couple of units for sale to homeschoolers. The particular sample that I downloaded is very well done and now I want to buy her program.
Here is what I remember. She is an artist and was contracted with Dover Publications to do a few children's books. I think she used to teach in a school setting. One of her downloads was 2 chapters on "A Very Brief History of Brain Research", and "Basic Brain Anatomy". There are activity pages that were included, such as Color a PET Scan, Find Out about Einstein's Brain, and making a Brain Hat. Something that is printed out on cardstock, and when cut and taped together, it lists where particular fuctions are on the brain.
Since I have had time to review it, I see how very complete it is. I'm very interested in finding it again. Our computers hard drive died and I lost all of my bookmarks. I have tried googling it, and am coming up empty handed.
If anyone can help me find it I would so appreciate it!
Joyfully,
Mary
