Need party/craft/game ideas 10-12 year-old girls...

My baby is turning 12 this weekend! She has invited three other girls, all a tad younger, to come over Friday for either 4-5 hours or to sleepover if they can.

A little old to pin the tail on the donkey (pin the wig on Hannah Montana?) and it looks like it will be cooler and rainy so biking etc. outside won't work. What to do with them?

Could they bake something together? Maybe a coffee-cake for breakfast the next morning? Watch movies and eat popcorn? Put on a one-act play? Have a game night with board games or card games? (Most games accommodate 4 players). Have a scavenger hunt in the house? Play flash-light tag outside?
