This from Forbes magazine (http://www.forbes.com/opinions/forbes/2008/0519/030.html). Sort of like the Loren Pope Colleges That Change Lives argument, this measures (among other things) how students turn out rather than how they (among other things) rank going *in* like the US News ranking does.

ETA: Cat in Black, you were asking about Bowdoin the other day, and this ranks the school 17th in the nation among liberal arts schools.

This ranking looks at some interesting aspects of college. It's nice to see an alternate to the USNWR one.

That's cool! My ds is attending the Mizzou which is ranked #13 on the national university list. He likes it a lot. And you can't beat the price.
