Looking for GREAT ideas to get toned for the summer. Seems my fat gobules have taken over my body this winter. (Maybe it is because I turned 35) Anyway, hubby likes to spend LOTS of time at the lake and my body seems to have gone astray when I tried on my bathing suit.

Looking for easy diets to try and that can be stuck to and thoughts on excercise program

Check shape.com and prevention.com for some exercise and weight training ideas. As far as diet nothing magical or new unfortunately. One thing I work on is having a good breakfast then waiting 3 hours before eating again and plan out what I eat even if it's the same thing then changing up at dinner. I eat a regular dinner, whatever I make but have 1 portion then a piece of fruit or cheese stick. I'm a grazer and thats a bad thing so if I make myself wait it's few calories I will eat. Up the water cut out soda, bread, etc. Make a 30min commitment to do some sort of exercise. I really like cardio kick box and taebo for a break from daily running/walking. Also on MSN bob from the biggest loser has some simple office moves to do throughout the day to keep the metabolism up. HTH and wasn't to confusing.
