How do you post a pic of yourself?

I am trying to figure out how to post a pic when I leave comments Like so many others have done - I am not sure what I am doing wrong????

Do you mean an aviator? Click on "user control panel" at the top. If you want to post a pic inside your post click on the little envelope icon. HTH
