Looking for pen-pals for girls ages 13 and 11...

I would love to find pen-pals for my daughters, ages 13 and 11. My 13-year-old is very much into music whereas the 11-year-old is more into art. But both of them are avid readers, love movies and animals and spending time with their family, playing outside, etc., and so on. My 11-year-old, still attending public school for now but likely won't be next year, is in the gifted program, and my 13-year-old is no stranger to pain and illness and is extremely empathetic. It is also important to note that their father rarely sees them anymore. He was abusive, and so I left him. He is still emotionally abusive and sometimes physically (nothing sexual) abusive towards them when they have to see him, and it would be great if we could find children who similarly are frightened and/or embarrassed by one of their parents. They do have positive male influences in their life in the form of our amazing pastor, youth group leader, my best friend's father, my dad and my fiancé. But it is really nice for them to have friends their ages that really understand what they're going through.

I also have a 9-year-old son with ADHD and other health issues who might be a good fit for another boy out there, but he does not like writing too much at this point. Still, it would be good to get him interested in this!
