When I use advanced search functions, I still get a hodge podge of houses, why? Anyone else have this trouble? I'd like to be able to sort by lot size, age of house, etc. without sifting through lists.

Is there a more reliable search engine?

I don't know of a website that is more thorough than realtor.com. I have had the same problems with them not observing my search criteria.

Oooooh.......I love Realtor.com. :D I usually search by zip code though. That usually narrows it down. If I need to narrow it further, I use the price field.
