We are in lawrenceville (Gwinnett county). What part of AtL are you in? There are tons of groups around here. Try looking on GHEA website for some.

What part of the Atlanta area are you in? I live in Lawrenceville and we are part of great homeschool group. There are lots of groups in the Atlanta area.

What part are you in? We are in south atlanta and there are some groups down here also. We live in Fayetteville.

We are brand new to HS too. Our kids are still enrolled and are finishing out the school year before we start. I live on the line between Lawrenceville and Suwanee (Collins Hill HS). I am very interested in learning about some of the local groups. My rising 5th grade daughter is distraught about the idea of leaving her school friends. She is excited about HS in general but very worried about making friends. Ahh, the drama of a pre-teen. I know it is normal and would love to have some contacts in place to make her feel more secure before we start this new adventure. Thanks for any input you can share with me.
