View Full Version : Need resource for copywork, recitation, and dictation.
Secular, please. Dd is 6, but I would prefer to find several levels in one book. Any recommendations? Thanks!

I answered your post about the Elson readers and these are perfect for that purpose - good quality writing that you want dd to imitate.....

:iagree: Elson Reader would be great. we currently use them and you can check them out for free.... I even made copywork/dictation pages for them on my blog that you can download if you like. I will be adding more as well when we get close to finishing the ones that we have now.

The Harp and Laurel Wreath (http://www.amazon.com/Harp-Laurel-Wreath-Dictation-Curriculum/dp/0898707161/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1209503070&sr=8-1) We homeschool secularly and simply skip the Bible verse sections.

The current free download from currclick.com (http://www.currclick.com)is Quotations from Shakespeare's play for copywork, recitation, and discussion.
I didn't know if you had seen that already.
