Is there a website with access to Italian language movies? Dubbed are fine.

We ended up purchasing the Italian dvds (Disney and such) while travelling in Italy, and then DH downloaded software to allow us to watch the DVDs on a US-configured laptop. If you're looking for kid movies, you can visit Disney.it (http://www.disney.it/)

You have a lot of those on Google. If you just write something like "parte 1" or maybe add "film" or "ita", you will get a lot of "first parts" of Italian films and/or foreign films dubbed in Italian.

For example, here (http://www.google.it/search?num=20&hl=it&tbs=vid%3A1&q=fiabe+pi%C3%B9+belle+parte+1&btnG=Cerca) you have "first parts" of a bunch of cartoons made out of fairy tales.

Alternatively, you could just type the name of the film you wish to see in Italian and try it "parte 1" - such as the dubbed Secret Garden (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x4GhcMrycgE) on Youtube, and alike.
Of course, purchasing films is always an option, but you can find a surprising amount of things online too. Now, if you have ethical problems with watching those knowing that their presence online is not 100% legal, that's another issue - I'm just referring you to what exists online and how to find it.
