I found it helpful to add labels to the end of the plastic boxes.

To actually have one closet for art supplies would be heavenly. Ours are in drawers in the kitchen/dining room/school room, in the game closet in drawers, in bedrooms, etc. My dream is to actually have one room dedicated to school, but that, alas, is a pipe dream. I did actually take the time to label the drawers last month! Dh still can't find anything when he "helps" w/ school. Dh...looking for the MUS blocks...searches frantically through the drawer that is labeled "MUS blocks, math manipulatives, pattern blocks, etc."...mutters he can't find them...all while holding the clearly labeled plastic box containing the...drum roll please...MUS BLOCKS! I think I'll go back to disorganization. :glare:
