What are "suscribed threads" and the "folder" section for?

When I go to the home board and look under "user CP" there is a section for subscribed threads - and then a folders section....

what do you think the folders are for? how would we use them?

I can kinda guess about subscribed threads - maybe the ones we are interested in someone responding to us on....

any ideas?

You can subscribe to threads on the right hand side after you've clicked on a thread where it says "thread tools". Later through user cp you can see if those threads have had any new posts since your last visit. It's a way to keep tabs on a discussion.

When you subscribe to a thread you can choose to get an email telling you that there is a new response on this thread. There are other options too. It makes it really easy to keep up with a thread that I'm interested in.
