How do you reply to a private message?

Do I just put my cursor in front of the message left by the sender and then type my message? Do I erase their title and put in mine?

I get a notice that I have a PM, which asks me if I want to open it. When I do, there's a "reply" button down on the bottom right of it that I click and a window opens up for me to reply.

Go to your User Control Panel by clicking User Control Panel at the top right of the screen. Once there, click on List Messages on the left side of the screen. Click the message you want to reply to. Click Reply in the bottom right corner of the message.
