TOG Question: I can't do anything with my book list on the Loom...

Ironically, I posted here a couple days ago, asking if I could mess up the list on the cd. As it turns out, I can't do Anything with the list. I downloaded the Excel Reader that the cd links you to, and I tried to move things around on the list, but I couldn't. Of course this makes sense, since the information with the Excel Reader download says specifically that you can only use it to Read a document. What am I doing wrong?

I haven't tried the Excel reader (I have Excel), but do you have a gmail account? If you do, you can download the spreadsheet from the Loom then upload it to google docs. You would be able to modify it in google docs.

I think all you can do is read, copy & print. If you want you can copy things into a new document; not very efficient I know. :rolleyes:

You might want to try www.openoffice.org

It will let you save and work with Excel files.
