Hive Mind? How do you declare different levels?

What is a worker bee, larvae, etc ? I have looked but cannot find how to declare myself something.

You become each level as you post. When you get to 10 posts, you'll be a larva :)

I think it has to do with the number of times you have posted. I believe yours will automatically change from just visiting when you post more.
