Suggestion for multivitamin for teens in a chewable?

I guess my 13yo dd and 14yo ds could probably do an adult multi but my ds canNOT swallow a pill yet. lol A chewable would probably be better than liquid, too.

Any products you like for your teens? :) Sorry if this has been asked recently!

Check out Rainbow Light. They are a natural, food source vitamin which means they are in a form the body can use. There are many different formulas, I use the prenatal, dh uses the men's one-a-day, and the kids use the chewable "stars". I bet there is one for teens also.
