We just started TOG. I had planned on using TOG writing.
Is there something else that is easier?

There are a lot of different writing programs out there. Can you describe what you are looking for (grade level, type of program)?

We've used some of Evan Moor's workbooks and are now working through a EPS Writing Skills.
