Spanish equivalent of CNED

Somebody enquired about this some time earlier. At that time I couldn't help them. I just came to find out there is one. It is called CIDEAD and they offer several educational levels. The one caveat is that it is offered mainly to Spanish citizens. It is also offered to foreign nationals but they must have been previously enrolled in an official educational institution in Spain.
