When you open the "reply" screen, click on the little paperclip icon at the top of the window. This opens a dialogue box with prompts. Your picture needs to be a certain file type and size to be accomodated. There is a chart there which will help you.

use a webhosting service such as flikr

Then you can use the "insert picture" icon because you will have a url for the picture on the webhosting service. Insert the url and your picture will appear in a post.
