Help, Tuxedo shirt and bow tie for Military Ball

My son is size 14 boys clothes and he needs a tuxedo shirt and bow tie for under his rotc uniform for the military ball. I can't find one his size is this something to rent or purchase? Thank you.

Are you sure that he needs a tuxedo shirt? I ask because the Dinner Dress Blue for the Navy is just the addition of a bow tie to the standard Service Dress Blue uniform, worn with medals (The resulting uniform is typically referred to as Dinner Dress Bozo). It may be that all he needs is a bow tie. Is there a uniform description for this event? Is this for JROTC or ROTC? If he is in college ROTC, then he may be able to get one by mail from the military uniform sales folks. We've had good luck with this.
